The primary objective of this module is not only to support the safety and well-being of employees but also the mitigation of risk and liability to the organization by being able to demonstrate robust systems supporting H&S. The module is built around the requirements of OSHA in the USA and RIDDOR in the UK, and provides the accident log for recording of accidents, dangerous occurrences, and incidents, including reportable occupational illnesses, whilst ensuring that these are investigated and reported correctly and accurately.
This module links into the Issues and Actions application, for managing problem resolution and analysis, to prevent reoccurrence by enabling a traceable outcome record which may involve corrective actions by the organization; re-training of the individual and appropriate process changes to ensure the future is an improved future for all.

The data entry form is simple and easy to fill and once the data has been entered an instant analysis comes into play. You will be able to pinpoint which types of accidents are occurring and how they are happening. The possible danger areas either within procedures or safety regulations can be quickly identified.
